How does the trial kit work?

To allow you to try our foaming hand soap, we first send you 1 refill with a free reusable bottle for €2,49. Then, after 20 days, we'll send you your first complete refill for 4 hand soaps (€9,96). Feel free to adjust or cancel it from your customer account. After that, your refills will be sent to ensure you always receive your hand soap on time! 💪

How long does each refill last?

One hand soap refill is one stick that, once dissolved, transforms into 360 ml of hand soap! There are 4 refills in each of our packs, creating 4 x 360 ml of hand soap. How long does 360 ml of hand soap last? Normally, between 1 and 2 months, but during the COVID period, it can be as short as one to two weeks. 😰

What ingredients are blacklisted?

Our goal is to offer you a formula that is good for both you and the planet! Your hand soap is free of parabens, sulfates, and silicones, ensuring it's gentle on your skin!

What is the difference between foaming hand soap and shower gel?

The texture of the two products is different: the foaming hand soap takes the form of a luxurious foam for a quick rinse, while the shower gel is more velvety! 😊

Can I use your refills with other bottles?

The 900.care bottles are designed to ensure the foam is perfect: neither too thick nor too liquid. 🤗 However, it is possible to use another bottle as long as it is equipped with a foam pump (also known as a foamer). Unlike a regular pump, foam pumps inject air into the solution, creating the foam! Without this pump, you will have a very liquid product. If you choose to use your own bottle, make sure to follow the quantities, which are 350 ml of water for one hand soap stick. 🤓
