What products can I expect to find in my order?

When you order our laundry tablets, you will receive in your first shipment 12 laundry tablets, 16 dishwashing tablets, and an eco-refill of dish soap. Afterwards, at the frequency of your choice, your refills will be directly delivered to your mailbox 💌.

Once purchased, when will I receive my products?

After placing your order, you will receive your products within 8 business days. The delivery times are slightly longer than average because all orders are shipped via standard mail, which is currently the most eco-friendly option 🌿. You will receive your next order 20 days later, and subsequent ones every 4 months 🗓. At that point, you can modify or cancel your subscription directly in your customer account 🖥.

From what temperature can I use your dishwasher and laundry tablets?

Our tablets can be used from 30°C for normally soiled laundry and from 35°C for normally soiled dishes (at 65°C for very dirty dishes or in very hard water).

Can I use your laundry tablets for colored clothes?

Certainly! Our tablets can be used for all types of laundry, even the most colorful 🌈!

How many tablets should I use?

For laundry, one tablet works for a regular load of 3 to 5 kg with normally soiled clothes and soft or moderately hard water. Use 2 tablets for a heavy load of 6 to 8 kg with very dirty clothes or hard to very hard water 💪. For dishes, a single tablet is enough for your cycle.

Do I have to pair these dish tabs with salt and rinse aid?

Our tablets are all-in-1️⃣; they include ingredients that replace salt 🧂 and rinse aid! However, if you have hard or very hard water, we recommend adding salt and rinse aid additionally to prevent the appearance of haze and streaks due to limescale.

Do I have to subscribe?
