After placing your order, you will receive your products within 8 business days. The delivery times are slightly longer than average because all orders are shipped via standard mail, which is currently the most eco-friendly option 🌿. You will receive your next order 20 days later, and subsequent ones at the frequency that you choose 🗓. At that point, you can modify or cancel your subscription directly in your customer account 🖥.

What products can I expect to find in my order?

When you order our kids kit, in your first delivery, you will receive three beautiful infinitely refillable bottles (shower gel, toothpaste, and hand soap) and 1 month of refill for each product. This includes 2 sticks that allow you to create 240 ml of shower gel, 1 stick for creating 360 ml of hand soap, and 32 strawberry-flavored toothpaste tablets 🍓 You will then receive your refills at the frequency of your choice, delivered directly to your mailbox 💌

And for the toothpaste, we have specifically eliminated triclosan, sulfates, and titanium dioxide. 🥰

How long does the Kit Kids last?

Our Kids Kit allows you to create 240ml of shower gel, 360ml of hand soap, and contains 62 toothpaste tablets. This is equivalent to the average consumption of one person for each product over a month.

Are your products suitable for children?

We designed our range for the whole family. Our shower gel and hand soap have not been baby-tested, but they can be used by all children over 3 years old. 💙 We advise parents not to give our toothpaste tablets to children under 9 years old to avoid any risk of choking, and because the fluoride concentration in our toothpaste is recommended by the French Union for Oral and Dental Health from the age of 9 🧒!
