What products can I expect to find in my order?

When you order our Solid Kit, you'll receive in your first delivery a gentle shampoo bar, a body wash bar, and 62 toothpaste tablets, with the fragrance of your choice (Spearmint or Extra Fresh Mint). You'll then receive refills at the frequency you choose, delivered directly to your mailbox 💌

Once purchased, when will I receive my products?

After placing your order, you will receive your products within 8 business days. The delivery times are slightly longer than average because all orders are shipped via standard mail, which is currently the most eco-friendly option 🌿. You will receive your next order 20 days later, and subsequent ones at the frequency that you choose 🗓. At that point, you can modify or cancel your subscription directly in your customer account 🖥.

How to store your products?

To better preserve your solid shower and shampoo bars, we recommend allowing them to dry thoroughly after each use. Ideally, use our magnetic soap dish to keep them in your bathroom. As for the toothpaste, we advise storing it away from heat and light.

How long do your products last?

Our kit includes 100g of body wash bar, equivalent to approximately 2 bottles of 250ml liquid shower gel, lasting about 70 showers. The 90g shampoo bar is equivalent to around 2 bottles of 250ml liquid shampoo, providing about 30 shampoos. Additionally, there are 62 toothpaste tablets, which roughly equals the average consumption for one person over 2 months for shower and shampoo and one month for toothpaste.

What ingredients are blacklisted?

Our goal is to offer you a formula that is good for you and reduces your impact on the planet! 🌎 Thus, your shower gel and shampoo are free from parabens, sulfates, and silicones, ensuring they are gentle on your skin. For toothpaste, we have excluded ingredients such as triclosan, sulfate, and titanium dioxide 🥰.

Are your products suitable for children?

We designed our range for the whole family. Our body wash and shampoo bars have not been tested for babies, but they can be used by all children over 3 years old. 💙 We advise parents not to give our toothpaste tablets to children under 9 years old to avoid the risk of choking, and because the fluoride concentration in our toothpaste is recommended by the French Union for Oral and Dental Health from the age of 9 🧒!
