What products will I find in my order and how long do they last?

In the Full Pack, you will find eco-refills for 240ml of shower gel, 240ml of shampoo, 240ml of hand gel, 50ml of deodorant, 75ml of toothpaste, as well as 12 laundry tablets, 16 dishwashing tablets, and an eco-refill for 500ml of dishwashing liquid. You will then receive, at your preferred frequency, your refills directly delivered to your mailbox 💌

Once purchased, when will I receive my products?

Once your order is placed, you will receive your products within 8 working days. The delivery times are a bit longer than usual, as all orders are shipped via La Poste, which is currently the most environmentally friendly carrier 🌿 After 20 days, you will receive your next order, and the following ones every 4 months 🗓️ You can modify or cancel your subscription directly in your customer space 🖥️

What are the ingredients in your products?

All our formulas are healthy, natural, and highly rated on Yuka 🌱 For the more knowledgeable among you 👩‍🔬, you will find the INCI list of our products in the ingredients section of this page.

What are the banned ingredients?

Our goal is to offer you a formula that is both good for you and reduces your environmental impact! 🌎 Your shower gel, shampoo, and hand foam are therefore free from parabens, sulfates, and silicones, which helps avoid skin irritation and pamper you to the fullest. As for the toothpaste, we have banned triclosan, sulfates, and titanium dioxide. 🥰 Regarding the roll-on deodorant, liquid detergent, and dishwashing tablets, they are free from controversial substances!

Where are my products made?

All your products are made in France 🐓 and developed in our awesome lab in our Paris offices 😍

Are your products suitable for children?

We designed our range for the whole family. Our shower gel and shampoo have not been tested on babies but can be used by all children over 3 years old. 💙 Our toothpaste is recommended by UFSBD from 6 years old 🧒!

Do I have to subscribe?

Yes, the subscription allows us to plan our production, reduce costs, and send more products in the same truck, making the products cheaper. 🌍 Of course, you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time with just a few clicks!

Are your products vegan, cruelty-free, and not tested on animals?

All our products are vegan, and we never, ever, ever test on animals! We love these little creatures as much as you do 🐰 🐷! Our formulas only contain ingredients that are good for you and the planet!! 🌎
